The Shipston Proms only use personal information for the purposes for which you have provided it. If you are a Friend of the Proms, your personal information will only be used to fulfil your membership. You will be contacted in future years to find out if you would like to renew your membership. You can request at any time that you be removed from the list. The Friends of the Proms contact list is held by the Friends Secretary.
If you have contacted the Proms to perform or supply goods, your details will only be used for that purpose. If you are a performer, your information may be shared with third parties (eg. a venue or PA provider) to facilitate your performance.
Personal information gathered for the Proms Raffle is used for the purposes of the raffle only and is destroyed as soon as possible after the final night.
No personal details are added to a marketing list of any sorts and no information is sold to third parties.
